Export to CSV: XiUSExport

Problem: If you want to save your search result having all site users who belongs to United States and whose ages are in between 18 to 25 or any kind of filtered users in CSV format for future use.

Solution: To resolve the described problem, JoomlaXi Team came with a solution to Export to CSV. The solution named as "XiUS Export". XiUS Export is an Information type of XiUS, it will work in same way as other XIUS information works. By using XiUS Export, User can export the searched results.

How to Configure XiUS Export

These are the step to create XiUS Export information:

• Click on Create Information.
  
• Select the XiUS Export information type and click on Next.
• Select the Information (export in this case). and click on Next Button.
• Write the Name for Information and then publish it.
• Set the Accessible User Group and Privacy Parameters to apply privacy on user which can Export in CSV format.
• Make the information you want to export as Exportable.

How to Use XiUS Export

These are the steps to use Export to CSV functionality:

1. Login at the front end.
2. Make any Search.
3. You will get an icon in top left according to privacy.
4. When you click on that icon, a pop-up window will be open to save or open your result.
5. You can export the results as desired.

Note:

• Admin can export search performed through front-end
• Admin can set accessibility level on Joomla Users who can Export to CSV.
