Display Searched Result

The most important task is to search someone. For searching any user or group of users, there is search panel in XiUS. User can follow the steps for the purpose:

• Only those information will be available to search users in the XiUS Search Panel which have been enabled in back-end.
• User can fill up the details according to him/her for which he/she wants to search for other users.
• After click on Search button, User will be redirected to the Search result. It can display in any of three templates  as selected by admin.
• Default Template: Search Panel display as shown.
• Nextgen Template: Search Panel is look like as below.
• Linkedln Template: Search Panel is look like as below.
  

XiUS Search Result display is divided into three sections which are explained as below:

• Applied Information :
  • Applied Information shows the conditions according to which users have been searched.
  • Match option for applying Any/All Condition will be display with searched condition. (Display According to Advance Configuration)
    
  • It is displayed as "Refined By" or "Filter By" Section at front-end.
  • You can delete one or more than one conditions to modify the condition for searching users.
  • For deleting any condition you need to click on the Red Cross Sign (in Default template) or "Clear" hover button (in Nextgen or Linkedin template) attached with respective information and value.
• Available Information :
  • Available Information shows simply the Search Panel's contents again on result page.
  • It is displayed as "Refined Results" or "Filtered By" Section at front-end.
  • By this section, You can add more conditions with previous search by filling value and clicking on Green Plus Sign (in Default template) or "Add" hover button (in Nextgen or Linkedin template).
• Searched Users : This section shows all the users, satisfying your search conditions. With searched user result, you can perform the following tasks-
  • Arrangement : The arrangement of searched users can be done in Ascending or Descending manner by the information. Only those information will be available to arrange the result which information are set to Sortable by admin from back-end.
  • Number of User : How many users should be shown at once,this can also be set with the option available as select box on top of Searched user section.
  • Mini Profile : All the users who match the condition, will be listed here, with their mini profile. Mini profile contains profile picture and some information of users. Only those information of user will be available which are set Visible in Information of XiUS from back-end.
  • View Profile : User can view profiles of the searched users by clicking on "View profile" hovered link.
  • Add as friend : User can send requests to be his/her friend, to the searched users who are not in the friend list of that particular user, by clicking on "add as friend" hovered link.
  • Status : This link shows the status of searched users as online/offline.
