Configure Module

There are two modules attached with XiUS. You don't have to panic about installation of these modules, these are automatically installed and updated whenever you will install XiUS. By default these modules are unpublished, so you need to make them published. Working and configuaration of Modules is explained below:

Search Panel

This module is same as the XiUS component's search panel. This module is named as "xiussearchpanel". You can also provide searching mechanism on your site with this Advance search module. There are some parameters with Advance Search Module, those are:

• Module Class Suffix :- To create a new CSS class, enter parameter with a space prefix. For example, entering a space plus "myNewClass" will create a new CSS class called "myNewClass".
• Information Range :- In this field you can mention the range of information to display. For example if you want to display first five information to users for searching, then you must specify 1-5. Please make sure that you need to add hyphen ( - ) between minimum and maximum range. Or if you want to display all information then mention All in this field or you can set required information which is not in series like 2-3,6-9.
• Layout :-  Two layouts are available with this module:Horizontal and Vertical. Choose according to your site's requirement.

After saving the settings, Display of search panel will be look like as below:

User List

This module shows all user lists created by Administrator as well as Joomla User according to List Privacy criteria.  This is named as "xiuslisting". Normal user can go through any user list and get details of users according to the predefined conditions (set by admin) in the respective list.(To know more about User List Click Here)
