Advance Configuration

Configuration screen of XiUS also contains Advance options which can be configured accordingly as your server's capability.

Configuration screen of XiUS also contains "Advance Configuration" option which can be configured as per the requirements. These configurations are for making the searching performance more specific.

Through Advance configuration screen, you can configure following options:

Template

  • : If set to Yes then clicking on JomSocial advance search, will automatically redirect to XiUS search panel.
  • Default slider state : If set to Yes then XiUS Search panel will show with Searched Result window as Available Information Screen. Otherwise, XiUS search panel will hide in Available Information section.
  • Load JQuery Package : If Yes then JQuery File or Package will be loaded. It means if you do not have JQuery in your template then XiUS template will not load JQuery else it will.

Search

  • Default Sorting : By default, Searched results will be sorted by selected information. If nothing is selected then by default sorting will be done by 'Userid'.
  • Sorting Order : Set default sorting order to display searched result. It can be either Ascending or Descending.
  • Show Match All or Match Any Option : If set to Yes then Match All or Match Any Option will be displayed in XiUS search panel.
  • Default Match Condition for Search : Default Match condition is set by this option.
  • Default Limit : By default, Searched results will show no. of users on one page. If nothing is selected then by default limit will be set to '20'.

Cache Auto Update Configuration

  • Cache Auto Update : If it is set to "Yes" then cache will be automatically updated in a particular span of time, otherwise you have to update cache manually by using 'Update Cache' button shown at top right corner.
  • Cache Update Frequency : By using this option, you can manage the frequency of cache updation. Select one of these four frequencies: Lowest/Low/Normal/High.
