Trial Use of our products for 7 days, will assure of our high quality extensions and incase you are not convinced, you can ask for refund, which would be duly processed back for you, no questions asked. Scope

We issue refunds if:

  1. Refund is requested within 7 days since the date of your purchase.
  2. Refund amount is equal to the membership fee minus the discount (if any).
  3. We will allow refund only, if there was an error in the engraving, that was our mistake.
  4. Refund would be denied in abuse cases.

We do not issue refunds if:

  1. You decided to change your mind.
  2. You choose not to use our product.
  3. You find that our product doesn't suit your needs (our live demo site are very explanatory of our software)
  4. You experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software connected or installed on your Joomla website.

Before filing for Refund

We are always there to reimburse the amount equivalent to the cost of a product returned by our customers. We do so by reversing the flow of amount back to the customer’s account in his or her bank. We offer to refund the exact amount, which was charged on the purchase of a product, to the customer, without any delay.
