Resize Avatar at Registration time

This description will allow you how to make Profile Type Avatar resize-able, at the time of registration.

You have to change the value of two constant defined in Joomla -> components -> com_xipt -> defines.xipt.php
1. REG_PROFILETYPE_AVATAR_HEIGHT
2. REG_PROFILETYPE_AVATAR_WIDTH
