Privacy on Modules

Admin can control display of all Modules as per ProfileTypes.

XiPT provides handling of Joomla Module through XiPT Conditional module. XiPT Conditional module is added which enhance accessibility controlling on ProfileTypes.

How to Use XiPT Conditional Module

Refer following steps to apply restrictions on Joomla Modules:

  1. Front end before using XiPT Conditional Module is as follow:
  2. Go to Module Manager, Open XiPT Conditional Module.
  3. Set Module Parameters whose description is as follow:
    1. Module: Select Joomla Module on which you want to apply restriction.
    2. ProfileTypes: Select corresponding Profiletypes for which the Module will be visible at front end.
  4. Save or Apply the settings. Follow image for the settings:
  5. Disable Joomla Module on which you want to apply restriction.
Results
  1. Front-end display of Profile of Profiletype 1 User where Privacy on Module is not applied.
  2. Front-end display of Profile of Profiletype 2 User where Privacy on Module is applied.

Note:

  1. For apply restrictions on multiple Joomla Modules, Create instance of XiPT Conditional module and save the settings accordingly.
  2. If you do want want to show XiPT Module name then Set 'Show Title' to 'No' in Module Settings.
