XiUS Updates Since Last Release

After the stable release of XiUS 2.6, Team JoomlaXi continuously adding features and fixing little issues in XiUS to make it more and more Expressive, User-friendly and Compatible with latest Joomla and JomSocial versions. In this blog, We are taking a tour of the working from XiUS2.6 stable version to XiUS2.7 release.

Enhanced Features in XiUS 2.6:

1. This version is completely compatible with JomSocial2.0.xx and its lower version.
2. Overriding template for JomSocial fields is easier.
3. Sending Personnel message can be limit per day.
4. Send Notification to JomSocial Users on Receiving any new message.
5. No Data redundancy in XiUS Cache.
6. All JQuery issues have been resolved.

What Next is Coming in XiUS 2.7:

Our target in XIUS2.7 is to make it compatible with latest versions of Joomla and JomSocial.

1. As JomSocial 2.2 has been stable now. So XiUS2.7 will be compatible with JomSocial2.2.x and Joomla1.5.xx.
2. XiUS2.7 will also be compatible with Joomla1.6 by this month end.
